Thanks to everyone for the great turnout on Saturday for the Friends of the Library Goods and Services Auction. We were "sold out" and fortunate to have such professional hosts, the Haworth Country Club, handling the large crowd.
It was a great community effort: the generous donors who made the event so special with their wonderful raffle and auction items; the volunteers who put the evening together and ran it seamlessly; and the crowd who livened the auction with their enthusiasm and support for the library. Special thanks to our auctioneer, Jeff Pavell, who made the event so much fun - all for such a good cause.
